'' Every genius thinks INWARDLY toward his Mind instead of outwardly toward his senses ” - Walter Russell

In Glen Clark’s inspirational book ‘The Man Who Tapped The Secrets Of The Universe’, Dr Alexis Carrel more or less defines an important aspect of higher mind function, or as Walter Russell termed it, “Cosmic Consciousness” as the ability to be able to think clearly in many fields and not be limited to just one field, thus keeping the Da Vincian tradition alive, by uniting the relationships underlying all the sciences and arts. Viewing oneself as an integrated part of the entire cosmos and energetically entangled with it, one integrates this knowledge to produce and manifest one’s own creations into the physical plane through the concentrated gathering of thought energy on a specific project and marrying this with a highly elevated positive emotion which then sends out an electromagnetic signature into the quantum field or the energetic web of the cosmos, of the desired result. Thus from this highly concentrated energetic thought form it is eventually manifested into the matrix of reality as a reflection or record of the original electric pattern of thought, whether it be a painting, a sculpture or any other masterly creation, to the joy of others and oneself .
" When I am in this Studio I feel like Alice in Wonderland " - Walter Russell

Such was the skill of Russell, a man whose polymathic outlook and ability to integrate his knowledge to produce a desired result can
be seen in his artistic and mind power philosophies, and the joy he obtained from creating his masterpieces, which are a long list of
highly detailed paintings, sculptures, wood carvings and architectural designs, not to mention his scientific works. A lifetime painter
and becoming a professional sculptor only at the age of fifty-six, a time when many men would balk at the idea of entering a highly
skilled trade such as portrait sculptor professionally and rising to a high rank in the field. Russell describes the ecstatic state akin to meditation that he achieved during the creative hours he spent in his studio when working intensely on a piece of art - “ By ecstatic I mean that rare mental condition which makes an inspired man so supremely happy in his mental concentration that he is practically unaware of everything that goes on around him extraneous to his purpose, but is keenly and vitally aware of everything pertaining to his purpose.” In other words the artist is no longer thinking equal to anything in his environment but living and working in a inspired state of anticipation of the manifestation of his project, thus losing track of time and space while in this creative state.
“ Until one knows that the thought-energy is the cause which is back of all things, and the product only the effect.”-
Walter Russell also urged the scientific world to acknowledge the existence of the creator or supreme being which he termed the “
universal one” and although I believe strongly in the personal individual God of the bible ie: "Yahweh" in Hebrew
Tetragrammaton- יהְוֹהָ
the same god worshiped by the ancient Hebrews as opposed to Russell’s definition of God which is more of an impersonal force. I do believe however that some of the qualities in his description of God are also true ie: “invisible white magnetic light” - 1 John 1:5, 1 Tim 6:16 that God is light, “Who dwells in unapproachable light,”. God is an individual spiritual energy life form but at the same time energetically connected to all of his creation.

“Don't doubt the creator, because it is inconceivable that accidents alone could be the controller of this universe” - Isaac Newton

Russell’s insights into the workings of the cosmos and the human mind are in many ways ground breaking and his Russellian science has come very close to a provable cosmology that ties closely into the work of fellow scholars of the natural sciences, Viktor
Shauberger and Nikola Tesla. For more on Walter Russell’s work please scroll down to the title Cosmic Polymaths
In short, the Polymathic outlook is a holistic worldview and Renaissance encyclopaedism of the bygone era of natural philosophers and natural scientists with their never ending appetite for the arcane mysteries of nature. A nature where all phenomena was connected from the macrocosm to the microcosm and which mirrors perfectly the great unifying web of energy that we now understand connects all things in the cosmos.
As Walter Russell said - “ We are all electric creatures floating in the electric sea of this electric universe”. Walter Russell
